Our Practice area is contained within the north west area of Leicester. It is confined within Krefeld Way, Beaumont Leys Lane and the city boundary, which incorporates the new development close to the Glenfield Hospital.
The practice building has suitable access and facilities for disabled patients. Please ask at reception for more details.

Comments / Complaints / Suggestions
We welcome your comments / suggestions to help us improve the quality of our services; please pass them onto the receptionist or place in the box provided in the waiting room.
These will be dealt with as soon as possible by the Practice Manager.
The Practice operates a Practice Based Complaints Procedure.
If you have a complaint to make it should be made in writing and addressed to the practice manager Mrs Shenna Charlton. We will do our best to deal with your complaint immediately whenever it is possible. Otherwise your written complaint will be acknowledged within one working day and you will receive a written response within three working days.
