If the doctor has agreed that your medication should be on repeat prescription, you will need to bring to the surgery your repeat prescription re-ordering sheet, ticking the items that you require. If you cannot get to the surgery when we are open you can post it to us enclosing a stamped-addressed envelope or put it through our letter box.

 

 

Your prescription will be ready for collection within 48 hours.

 

If you require your prescription to be sent to Astill Lodge Pharmacy or Boots please mark your prescription request accordingly.
